i’m Lindsay

I’m a sound and meditation guide, lifelong learner, and joyful spirit dedicated to helping people find peace, balance, and connection in their lives.

My story began as a child of Colombian and Cuban immigrants, navigating cultural differences and the complexities of belonging. Over the years, I explored countless wellness practices—yoga, yoga nidra, Reiki—and discovered that sound meditation was the key to helping people relax and reconnect with themselves.

After years of working in corporate wellness and leading thousands of individuals through transformative experiences, I’ve honed a practice that’s accessible, powerful, and deeply restorative. My mission is to bring the healing power of sound to as many people as possible, whether through corporate wellness programs, private group sessions, or one-on-one sound baths.

My life, like yours, has been quite the journey. I’ve faced challenges, burnout, and the pressures of modern life. But through it all, I’ve found that sound and meditation offer a path to joy, fulfillment, and a deeper connection with ourselves and others. I’m here to guide you on that path, helping you find rest, release, and radiant well-being.

All I am here to do.

All I am here to do.

Help you find peace in a busy world

Guide you to reconnect with your inner joy

When I first encountered sound meditation, it was like unlocking a hidden part of myself.

I remember that initial experience—it felt as though I had tapped into a deep well of peace and clarity that I hadn’t even known was there. That first meditation was so transformative that I spent years trying to recapture that feeling through other practices—yoga nidra, yin yoga, traditional meditation. While those practices came close, nothing quite matched the intensity of the full body bliss I felt during my first sound bath.

After years of struggling to commit to a regular meditation practice, sound has become a foolproof solution for me. It’s a practice that continuously piques my interest,  feeds my insatiable curiosity, and leaves me feeling lighter time and time again. The remarkable thing about sound is that it consistently delivers that same powerful experience, every single time. It’s like reliving the magic of that first meditation, but with even greater potency. Sound has a unique ability to cut through layers of mental stress and physical tension, restoring a deep sense of calm and connection.

For those new to sound meditation, it’s basically a gateway drug to wellness—a practice that feels both familiar and deeply transformative. Each session resonates with a consistent intensity, whether it’s your first time or your hundredth. This is why I’m so passionate about sharing sound meditation—because it reliably offers that enriching, profound experience that we all seek.

Sound has become the cornerstone of my practice because it’s accessible to everyone. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced—just open to the experience. I’ve witnessed the transformative power of sound in so many lives, and it’s my mission to share this healing practice with as many people as possible.

So, why sound? Because it meets you wherever you are, offering a path to the peace and balance we all long for.
