I’m Lindsay Monal, a Sound Meditation Practitioner, 500hr Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, and Certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher. I lead events, classes, trainings, and retreats in NYC, internationally, and online. My mission is to make wellness accessible to all by creating spaces for deep relaxation, healing, and connection because everyone deserves the opportunity to find peace and balance in their lives.
