I’m Lindsay Monal, a Sound Meditation Practitioner, 500hr Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, and Certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher. I lead events, classes, trainings, and retreats in NYC, internationally, and online. 4 years ago I lead my first Intro to Sound Training and felt like a total fraud 😵&zwj;💫

I reached out to @itsjackiecantwell for help improving my course, and landed inside the first Bowl Club container 🥣

This Sunday ☀️ I’m teaching a crystal bowl-only sound meditation @officialritual 🏠

The intention here was to host something super light and soft for our overworked nervous systems to rest into ☁️

There won’t be any loud sounds or noise

Last night I felt like a little fairy sitting on top of a mushroom 🍄 serenading the forest 🧚

I was perched up in the @sohohouse theater with @chngcrw for our ground 🧘🏻&zwj;♀️ to grow 🌱 sound meditation and journaling experience!
