Google’s Fitbit Ace Launch

I led a playful sound meditation for Google’s launch of the Fitbit Ace, a smartwatch for kids. We combined movement, sound, and mindfulness for children and their families, with kids as young as a few months to 10 years old. The highlight? Seeing little ones fully engage—and even fall asleep! Sound meditation truly speaks to all ages.

W Hotel’s Wellness Experience

At the W Hotel’s outdoor wellness event, I led sound meditations amid city noise—helicopters, traffic, and chatter. I loved teaching participants to embrace every sound, using them to deepen their awareness and stay present. This showed that true healing happens when we accept all sounds and experiences, finding calm amidst the chaos.

Beautycounter’s Clean Fragrance Event

At Beautycounter’s retreat at Wildflower Farms, I crafted a Sound & Scent Bath to introduce their clean fragrance line. Each scent had its own soundscape, creating a beautiful blend of sound, scent, and emotion. I loved how this event showed the power of pairing sensory experiences—and of course it aligned with my passion for non-toxic living!

Harvard’s Little Amal Visit

At Harvard, I had the honor of creating a soundscape for the visit of Little Amal, a 12-foot puppet symbolizing refugee children. Over 4,000 people gathered to welcome her, and it was incredibly moving to contribute to this moment of awareness and empathy. Sound meditation became a bridge for everyone present, connecting us to the powerful message of hope and healing for displaced children worldwide.

A large puppet resembling a girl with a wooden frame, long brown hair, and dressed in red and purple, is surrounded by a crowd of people holding yellow butterfly-shaped signs, outdoors with green trees in the background.

One Girl’s Women in Charge Conference

At One Girl’s 6th Annual Women in Charge Conference I co led an Intention Setting workshop with Sarah Platt-Finger. We guided the crowd through some gentle movement followed by a crystal sound bowl meditation. Afterwards, participants raved about how deeply they were moved by this workshop and how it piqued their interest in beginning a meditation practice.
