Yin Yoga for Relaxation

Are you feeling overworked or overwhelmed? Join me for this balancing yin yoga class where we explore the opposing forces of nature: Yin + Yang, Moon + Sun, Feminine + Masculine. In this slow and gentle yin yoga class, we’ll hold a handful of poses for 3-5 minutes at a time to allow the body’s connective tissue to release tension and bring your body and mind back into balance.
Note: This class is beginner friendly, but if you’ve never tried yin yoga before, it may be a little spicier than you were expecting. Grab blocks, blankets, pillows, or towels for extra comfort!
