Looking for a way to relax and restore? Join me for my weekly Yin Yoga + Sound Healing class at YogaRenew Studio in Hoboken, New Jersey!

In this class, we'll take things slow as we work on developing flexibility through grounding yoga stretches held for anywhere from 3-7 minutes at a time. The practice of Yin Yoga focuses on targeting the fascia and deep connective tissues throughout the body, which will help you release tension and prepare for a heightened state of relaxation.

Don't worry if you're new to yoga - this class is accessible to all people and can be modified to suit your individual needs. Plus, you'll have plenty of support from me (your teacher) as well as from the use of cozy and supportive props like blocks, blankets, and bolsters arranged to help you find comfort!

After about 40 minutes of guided stretching, you'll get to experience 20 minutes of pure musical bliss delivered through the healing vibrations of a live crystal singing bowl sound bath!

This class is a truly unique and powerful dose of energy medicine that's sure to leave you feeling expansive and transcendent!

You can join me every Monday night, Tuesday and Thursday mornings at YogaRenew Studio where we’ll stretch, release and relax as we work to uncover the well of pure love, joy, and peace inside our souls!
